Baylis (Gloucester) Limited is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486). Permitted activities include advising on and arranging general insurance contracts and acting as a credit broker not a lender.

We can introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We do not charge fees for our Consumer Credit services. We may receive a payment(s) or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with them, typically either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. The payment we receive may vary between finance providers and product types. The payment received does not impact the finance rate offered. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over, Guarantees may be required.

What to do if you have a complaint

From time to time, there may be instances when you, our customer, are not satisfied with either the product or service that we have provided. In this instance, we would always like you to talk to us directly so that we can rectify this. We will look to respond to you as quickly as possible and we will provide you with our final response within 8 weeks of your complaint.

Whilst we are clearly committed to a high quality of customer service, in the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your dispute, we will refer you to a provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). This will be either The Motor Ombudsman or the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), depending on the nature of the dispute. ADR is explained below.

When we will refer you to The Motor Ombudsman

If you are unhappy with either a service or repair we have carried out or the purchase of a new or used vehicle, we abide by both the Motor Industry Service and Repair Code of Practice and the Motor Industry Vehicle Sales Code of Practice, which can be found on The Motor Ombudsman website - www.themotorombudsman.org.

The Motor Ombudsman will offer free impartial information and, if appropriate, an ADR process in the event that you are not satisfied with the outcome of a concern.

When we will refer you to the Financial Ombudsman Service

If your complaint relates to the sale of a financial product or insurance, you can ask FOS to take an independent look at your complaint.

12. Vauxhall New Car Offers Terms & Conditions.

16. Warranty

Baylis Vauxhall Warranty

The Baylis Vauxhall Warranty covers vehicles for three months as standard, but may be extended to twelve, twenty four or thirty six months at an additional cost.

For detailed information of parts and components covered by your warranty, please refer to the written information which will be given to you at the point of purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

-Three & six month warranties are non transferable

-Twelve, twenty four & thirty six month polices are transferable on the grounds the customer sells the vehicle privately, not part exchanged within the motor trade

-Thirty days no quibble cancellation mandate

-Claim limit restricted to the total purchase price (TPP) of the vehicle

18. FIXED-PRICED REPAIRS

Offers are available to Retail customers only. Participating Authorised Repairers only. Service Club discount not eligible on Fixed Price Repairs. 24. ADMINISTRATION FEE'S

A £100 admin fee will apply on all new or used vehicle purchases.

The Admin fee covers

1 - Price of getting the car cleaned

2 -Price of HPI checking the car

3 - Price of administrating the deal including stationery / key fobs etc

We only accept credit card payments for vehicle purchases up to the value of £500.

25. ROAD FUND LICENCE

New Car offers include first registration fee but do not include road fund licence.
